We’re officially three weeks out from release day—and the veil is thinning. October 7th will be here soon.
The countdown isn’t just a number. It’s a ritual. A slow, deliberate descent into the haunted heart of Twisted Minds, Twisted Fates. Each week brings us closer to the unraveling, the reckoning, the strange communion between story and soul.
I’ve been lighting metaphorical candles with every blog post, whispering excerpts like incantations, and inviting you—my fellow weirdos, witches, and wanderers—into the mythos. And now, with just 31 days left, the energy is shifting. The story is stirring. The ghosts are getting louder.
"The Walsh house was smaller than the Westfall estate by several lifetimes. No chandeliers or wraparound porches—just brick that held heat too well and floors that creaked even when you tried to be careful. She paused on the threshold of her bedroom, fingers grazing the doorframe. This room hadn’t changed in years: same quilt, same candle wax stains on the desk where she used to burn letters she didn’t know how to send. But it felt different tonight. Like the walls knew.
Celine lit a single taper and began to change.
She folded her party dress with practiced care, swapped lace for linen, slippers for boots. A thick cardigan, a scarf that still smelled of lavender. She tucked her grandmother’s watch into her pocket and whispered an old prayer under her breath—the kind that wasn’t Christian, not officially, but had kept her whole, nonetheless."
We’re nearing the edge of the map now. Just three weeks until the veil lifts and Twisted Minds, Twisted Fates steps into the world—breathing, bleeding, becoming.
If you’ve been walking this path with me, thank you. Every comment, every shared post, every whispered word of encouragement has been a candle lit in the dark. This story was never meant to be mine alone—it’s stitched together from the echoes of haunted places, the rituals of remembrance, and the strange magic of chosen kin.
So, as the countdown continues, I invite you to keep walking with me.
Share your favorite teaser so far.
Tell me what you’re hoping to find between the pages.
Light a candle, tag me in your ritual, and let’s mark this moment together.
The story is almost here. And it remembers who called it forth.
